Go to the Harvest Home Festival at Long Street Farm!
We harvested our own potatoes. May I add that it wasn't hard because the ground was soft. That also meant we were walking around in mud. I went back to the car to get my camera once we were done with the potatoes.
Watched a Flea Circus.
Played old fashioned games.
Tried to bring a new friend home.
Sawed a log. All fingers are present and accounted for.
We also tried the pressed apple cider, apple butter, helped the tin smith, and checked out the animals.
Lastly, we went on a hayride.
The kids had a blast. So did I.... minus the mud.
